Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Full Chair collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Full Chair is a brand of ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V. We process personal data under the GDPR and we never sell it.
1. Who is responsible
ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V., trading as Full Chair, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42034470. Contact for any privacy question: info@uforu.nl.
2. What we collect
Workbook and audit requests: your first name and email address, plus the answers you type into the audit.
Purchases: your name, email address, billing country and order details. Card data is entered with our payment processor and never reaches us.
Site use: basic technical data such as pages visited and approximate region, used only to see whether the site works.
3. Why we use it
To deliver what you asked for: the workbook, your purchase, and the access links that belong to it.
To follow up by email about the material you requested, and to answer your questions.
To meet our legal duties, such as keeping invoices for the Dutch tax authority.
4. Legal grounds
Performance of a contract (your purchase and its delivery), your consent (the workbook and follow-up emails, withdrawable at any time), our legitimate interest (keeping the site working and safe), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
5. Who processes data for us
We use a small number of providers to run the site, the database, payments and email. They act on our instructions only, under a processing agreement, and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Invoicing data is kept in our own administration.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice data: seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Workbook and audit details: until you ask us to remove them, or after two years without contact.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, limit or transfer your data, and you can object to our use of it. Email info@uforu.nl and you get an answer within 30 days.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not remove your purchase or its access links.
8. Cookies
We use functional cookies that are needed for the site and for checkout to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Transfers and security
Data is stored inside the EU where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, it happens under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Access to your data is limited to the people who need it, over encrypted connections.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Email info@uforu.nl first. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
